You would be amazed how good simple foods like a salad with only a little tabasco for dressing tastes after days of eating only unsalted potatoes. Of course, I don't think eating nothing but potatoes for two weeks is very practical for an over the road truck driver to lose weight. For over the road weight loss My Trucker Diet worked great and you're seldom hungry and I never felt like I was torturing myself doing it.
