So I try to eat stuff that has the least processed additives ie modified food starch. Food starch can and does often have msg which isn't that great for you, in fact msg may be part of the reason so many of us are fat. I was amazed at how many different types of yogurt have modified food starch as an additive. I finally found Nancys nonfat plain yogurt and its only ingredients are Skim Milk,nonfat dry milk, plus all the beneficial healthy bacteria that are the reason I eat yogurt in the first place.
