Today in 1947 in Sikhote-Alin Soviet Union, 10:30 a.m. A giant iron meteorite explodes into the atmosphere creating a light brighter than the sun, leaving an elliptical half mile area on the ground, covered by impact craters as large as 85' across, and 20' in depth.
Sikhote-Alin is the only place in the world where one can observe, brown bear, tiger's, leopards, reindeer, and a few wolves (due to the tigers) all in one place.
