So, a lot of us including me, have different issues in our lives that create stress. I've decided to spend some time trying meditation. I already find it very helpful to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo the Nichiren Buddhist way, as well as pray the Christian way that I was brought up with. I've heard that other forms of meditation (as well as Yoga) can have some amazing health benefits too.
