Went out recently and had hot ginger tea, I liked it so decided to make some this am. Amazingly simple just take around four inches of ginger root peel off the skin and chop it into thin slices. put six cups of water on to boil and add the sliced ginger. I boiled it for fifteen minutes let it boil longer if you want a stronger tea. Ginger tea is good for aches, pains, upset stomach, seasick (or carsick). And in my opinion helps cure writers block too! If you want to get fancy you can add a few pine nuts as garnish and add some honey. It's Delicious.
