Well, I never thought I’d say this, but I think I need to go back to Trucking so I can lose some more weight. It’s been over a year since I lost 60 pounds and reached my goal of getting below 300 pounds. That was great!!! Yay!!! Then, I stopped trucking. and I find that over the last year my weight has crept up, and seems to hover from 300 to 315 pounds. Why is this? Where did I go wrong? The truth is, that when home, I’m surrounded by temptations that I didn’t have when I was trucking, like bars, and late night get togethers, with family and loved ones. So it seems my Trucker Diet works best for its intended purpose, helping truckers lose weight...It also works great when you are on Vacation and have the ability to set your schedule. However, I have found that when living the domestic stay at home life, full of the distractions that home life can bring, my diet has a bit of an Achilles heel...or, maybe its me that has the Achilles heel. Not that I’m Achilles. Sigh...
Been trucking since 96. My main interest is having a good healthy life.
