It's been over a year since I took this photo of an Omburger (Outstanding Mushroom Burger) that an old friend Mark Nelson and I whipped up after a night of commiserating at Dennys. I thought by now after a year driving big truck that I'd have enough money saved up to start Omburger Restaurant.
I still have the food truck and the hot dog cart sitting in the backyard.
A lot has happened in the last year I've gotten a business license and a food handlers permit However things keep changing while moving forward (slowly). The vision I have always had for Omburger involving healthy tasty food I wanted Omburger to be fun. I had a vision of wearing and selling tie dye while serving healthy (vegetarian) food.
Been trucking since 96. My main interest is having a good healthy life.
